• Fully stocked efficiency kitchen includes fridge, counter w/ sink, large microwave, induction cooktop. Breakfast table w/chairs lots of storage, Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware etc.

• Bathroom has a spacious shower only, no tub.

• There are no laundry facilities!

• We will provide housekeeping every Friday, (wash bed linens, bath linens, clean kitchen, floors, surfaces and vacuum entire unit).

• Private 20' x 30’ patio with table, Weber gas BBQ.

• One dedicated off-street parking space for tenant. Additional guest parking on street. Semi-private entrance.
